I'm Shannon Eberly - I've been a Personal Trainer since 2016, and have been an athlete since I could walk. Since then, I have instructed and educated many people both in-person and virtually. My 1-on-1 sessions are customized to not only meet your physical goals, but also created to fit your personality and what works for you. I've never been a book person, but I pride myself in being a people-person, and understanding what routines, movements and cues work for you.
