Studies show that it takes 21 days (3 weeks) to establish a new habit. So, let me ask you this: What if your morning workout wasn't a whole hour? What if all you had to do was move your body for 10 minutes in the morning? Would you do it? Well, I have good news: for this challenge, that's all you have to do. Every day for the next 21 days, you are going to work on creating a new habit. You are going to workout for 10 minutes every morning, using the 10-minute burnout workout videos. You will find that you have more energy, increased alertness, better focus, better mood and so much more. I promise you that after those 21-days, it's going to feel odd not to do some sort of exercise in the morning.
