How many of us are guilty of starting a challenge and failing on day 3? Yeah, I am too. It happens to the best of us. So, here's what we're going to do. For the next 4 weeks, we'll make tiny positive changes that will make a large impact in the long run. I'm going to give you 5 easy tasks to do each week, and if you succeed in these 5 easy tasks for 4 weeks, I will create you a Customized Workout Plan structured to your body, mind and lifestyle. TASKS: 1. Take at least 3 classes/week from the live schedule and/or the on-demand video workout library. 2. After each class, take a selfie or picture showing your hard work and success, and load it to the group. 3. Journal your diet. Sometimes, we don't realize what we're putting in our bodies and how it makes us feel until we see it in front of us. Each day, write down what you're eating throughout the day. 4. Cut out 1 food item a week. We're all guilty here. Whether it's cheese, cake, bread or something else, sometimes it helps to cut it out temporarily. 5. Write in the group at least once a week. It can be a question, request for support, funny story; whatever you want!
