HIIT
Get your mop out, because you're going to need it. This class is a 45-min full body HIIT class that will challenge your cardio, muscular endurance and so much more. No equipment needed.
MINIBAND
It's all about that slow burn. Get your bands out for a full-body band workout.
LOW IMPACT CARDIO
Low Impact Cardio is a solid sweat. This class will help you burn a ton of calories, while avoiding high impact exercises. This is a very knee friendly class, as you will see no squats, lunges and minimal jumping.
Abs & HIIT Express
30 minutes of straight abs will leave you checking yourself out in the mirror. The class ends with a 10 minute HIIT burnout, to make sure you hit your sweat quota for the day!
BOXING & ABS
Boxing & Abs is a different type of therapy. This 45-minute class will leave you feeling like a badass. No boxing experience necessary. However, if you have never boxed before, take Intro to Boxing first.
STRENGTH CIRCUIT
In this class we pick things up and put them down. Grab your weights and keep water near by. This class combines bodyweight work with strength training to create an intense 45 minute circuit workout.
