KNEE PAIN?? Strengthening Your VMO

Knee pain, amirite?? I get a lot of clients/students coming to me with pressure or sore pain near the patella (knee cap). Look, it could be a few different things, but many times it’s your VMO (vastus medialis oblique). This is the muscle on the medial (inner) part of your quad. Many times just doing a few strengthening exercises for your VMO will help or completely eliminate your knee pain. Here are 6 you can do from the comfort of your own home.
